There are 3 times quality check from beginning matertial to we send out finished product to customers.

1. Material quality check person will check all material that we buy from material supplier, qualified material will be allowed in to our warehouse

2. Quality check person will spot check semi-manufactured part of chair, spot check ratio is 50%

3. Quality check person will spot check whole chair when our assembly worker finish the last process, they will require assembly woker to assemble 10% order quantity to whole chair, then check the outlook of each chair part and the functions of each chair.

If above 3 steps quality check all passed our company quality check rule and requirements, we will finally send out chairs to our customer.
